How do we proceed after booking?
I respond to every inquiry within 24 hours. Through thoughtful correspondence, I will contact you via text message, once receiving your email inquiry. We will explore the heart of your story and the connection you wish to document. When the resonance feels true, I prepare a considerate proposal so we may reserve your date.
Do you travel?
I'm based outside Vancouver, BC and travel internationally for weddings, elopements, and all types of sessions. Whether it's a mountaintop elopement at sunrise, a vineyard wedding in France, or a backyard gathering close to home. I go where the moment takes you.
How does booking and payment work?
Once your date is confirmed and reserved, a 50% deposit secures it. The remaining 50% balance is due 7 days prior to any session. This includes weddings, elopements, and all lifestyle sessions.
Cancellations made within 14 days notice qualify for a full refund of the deposit. Should unforeseen circumstances arise, we will work together toward rescheduling whenever possible. In other instances, the deposit is non-refundable.
Are Travel Expenses included?
Travel is billed separately to account for distance & logistics. Local travel within the Fraser Valley is charged at $0.73/km. International & destination travel is fully customized based on location and duration.
-International weddings & elopement travel expenses will be quoted upon inquiry.
How long does it take to recieve our gallery?
Lifestyle sessions are delivered within 2-6 weeks. Full wedding galleries take 3-6 months depending on the season. A mini sneak peak gallery is delivered within the first week after every session. This includes weddings, elopements, couples, family, & maternity.
What is documentary & editorial photography?
Documentary and editorial at its core are opposite styles.
Documentary Photography - is the quiet art of witnessing life exactly as it unfolds. It captures the unscripted, genuine moments, just as a documentary would. The subtle glances, tender gestures, and the authentic story revealing itself.
Editorial Photography - is more composed and intentional approach. It draws from fine-art and fashion editorials to create elevated, cinematic, frames through directed, refined composition. Deliberate beauty that feels both polished and deeply impactful.
Film Photography
Film lives in a different emotional plane in the world of digital imagery and artificial intelligence. There's grain, depth, originality, imperfection, an unpredictability you cannot engineer with autofocus lenses and Lightroom.
It has a mood that cannot be faked, film is simply unmistakable unique and a blast to the past before autofocus.
